We have been producing various products since 1992 we master the art of fruits and vegetable production and have been producing in fully certified plants with a combined fruit industry experience of almost 200 years. |
In house Lab
Our in house QC and R&D Lab allows us to develop tailor made recipes for specific customers, but also to control and monitor a scale of analysis of raw material and end product in house. |

History
Our business was founded back in 1992. The Company was established and with only one manufacturing site producing only dried fruits. Over the years our focus on quality and being a pioneer in what we do helped us grow greatly. Due to the global increase of consumption of healthy foods, our markets also greatly expanded, and our business expanded further into multiple manufacturing sites each dedicated to a group of products.
Farm to Fork Experience
We now own four major manufacturing sites with various production plants of total 20,000 sqm.
Arat directly employs over 350 people to support its various operations. Our growth has been achieved through our highly trained manager's and staff who are constantly improving their operation methods and whose skills are verified by the corresponding certificates.
We have been the first company in the region in dried fruits section to be certified for GFSI including IFS certificate, ISO 22000, ISO 9001:2010, HACCP, SMTE, Kosher and Halal.
Moreover, on production plant we are utilizing multiple laser sorters accompanied by X-Ray scanning machines to ensure highest standards and technical specifications are met.
