Date Flakes
Date Flakes are produced from sound and healthy fruit of the date tree (Phoenix dactylifera L).
Produced by dehydrating and grinding the whole dates, the date flakes are one of the dates products that has the sweetening characteristics while they are produced to shape very small coarse pieces of dates it serves the gap between Diced Dates and the Dates powder in term of sizing. This product is also a natural sweetener and a great source of natural fibre.
The flakes are produced on a fully automated production line without direct human contact.
Date flakes are coated with the optional coatings such as rice flour.
