A lean production system ensures consistency in quality and safety of the goods. Our goods are processed at purpose built plants that are fully certified. Following are "Major Processing Stages" which is controlled and monitored by QC team:
Dried fruits that are approved for entering the warehouse and then production line are then triple washed at the beginning.
Goods are multiple laser sorted ensuring removal of the main foreign matter contamination.
X-ray sorting ensures fine and thorough removal of nearly all foreign object contaminating goods.
We are committed to meet the most stringent food hygiene and quality control standards such as IFS, HACCP, GMP etc.
