The Apricot paste is processed in fully automated processing line and filled in aseptic bags ready to use for multiple purposes. from industrial baking to brewing and even for the beverages.
Apricot paste is a sweet and thick spread made from dried apricots that is popular in many parts of the world. It is often used as a topping for desserts, breads, pancakes, and other baked goods. It can also be used as a jam or spread for cakeries and confectionaries.
Apricot paste / Apricot puree can be made from either sun-dried apricots and SO2 treated light colored apricots and therefore the final product color may differ.
