Our premium chopped figs are produced from sound whole sound dried golden figs.
An exceptional product in terms of quality being the only chopped figs product which is machine produced all the way from the start to the final product (without human touch), multiple laser sorted & X-ray sorted and handpicked under highest food safety systems.
Our laser sorters has been equipped with extra board enabling the machine to detect and reject the foreign objects with highest level of accuracy.
Diced figs are produced from unique figs, the figs are different in color and size. The product is not treated with any sulphating agent or hydrogen peroxide, and contains no other additives or cleaning agents, or disinfectant residues.
Chopped figs are coated with either rice flour or dextrose powder ensuring a free flow product.
