Our premium chopped dates are produced from sound whole dates.
An exceptional product in terms of quality being the only chopped dates product which is machine produced all the way from the start to the final product (without human touch), multiple laser sorted & X-ray sorted and handpicked under BRC and IFS food safety systems.
Our laser sorters has been equipped with extra board enabling the machine to detect and reject the foreign objects with highest level of accuracy.
Chopped dates are coated with either rice flour or dextrose powder ensuring a free flow product.
Diced Dates are available in two quality classes: Grade AA-RTU or Premium AAA-RTU* Grade.
*Ready To Use - Produced in IFS, HACCP, ISO Approved plant utilizing advance sorting technology

Bulk 10 or 12.5 kg cartons
