The barberry concentrate possesses a sour / Sour tannic and sweet odor and subtle flavor, free from musty, moldy, earthy, and other undesirable off-flavors.
No preservatives, additives, sulphating agents, or artificial flavors are used.
Barberry concentrate / syrup is made in a way that all the nutrients and goodness in barberries are preserved.
