Produced from natural dates that are cleaned and pitted, the macerated pieces are extruded through multiple filter screens.  The paste possesses a sweet odor and flavor, free from musty, moldy, earthy, and other undesirable off-flavors. No anti-oxidants, additives, sulphating agents, or artificial flavors are used. 

​Dates paste mixture, so all the nutrients and goodness in the dates are preserved. The thick paste is sweet and great for making cakes, muffins and desserts. Dates are good sources of vitamins, potassium and fibre.

​Our unique Date paste product  is free from pits or pit fragments and calyxes.
